Welcome to Misty Meadow Ragdoll Cattery. By using our website, contacting us, joining our waitlist, or adopting a kitten, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and the applicable downloadable agreements linked below.

1. About Us

Misty Meadow Ragdoll Cattery is operated by Miranda Hamilton, a TICA-registered Ragdoll breeder. Our site shares information about our cattery, available kittens, health and care, waitlist, and adoption process.

2. Website Use

• Content on this website is for general information about our cattery and kittens.
• Kitten availability, photos, descriptions, and timelines may change without notice.
• You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

3. Applications, Waitlist & Adoption

• Submitting an application does not guarantee a kitten.
• Waitlist placement requires the $500 waitlist fee after approval and is governed by our Waitlist Agreement.
• Reserving an available kitten is governed by our Reservation Agreement and the $800 reservation fee. Final purchase and go-home are governed by the Adoption Contract. The kitten price is $1,200 unless otherwise stated in writing.
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all documents before paying fees or signing.

4. Pricing & Refunds

• Kitten price: $1,200 unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Waitlist fee: $500 — credited toward the kitten price; refundable if you withdraw before a kitten is reserved/matched for you.
• Reservation fee (available kittens): $800 — refundable if you withdraw before go-home; credited toward the kitten price.
• After adoption, all sales are final. There are no refunds.

5. Care Expectations

Families who adopt from Misty Meadow agree to provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, a safe primarily indoor home, companionship, and humane treatment. Ongoing care after transfer is the adopter’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Our logo, branding, website design, and original content belong to Misty Meadow Ragdoll Cattery. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Photos of our cats and kittens may not be reused without consent.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites (for example social media, TICA, or CFA). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Misty Meadow Ragdoll Cattery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Specific health and placement terms for a kitten are controlled by the signed Adoption Contract and related written guarantee documents, not by general website copy alone.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
